🇮🇹  E' possibile effettuare il reso entro 14 giorni effettivi dalla data di consegna riportata nel tracking del corriere. Gli articoli resi devono essere come consegnati, quindi non usati ne danneggiati, nelle stesse condizioni di come sono stati consegnati. Non bisogna rimuovere le etichette del prodotto ne la nostra etichetta. Il costo della spedizione di reso è a carico del cliente. Il rimborso avverrà sullo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l'ordine, verrà rimborsato il costo dell'acquisto escluso le spese di spedizioni, il rimborso avverrà entro 5/7 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso. Se una o più delle condizioni sopra indicate non saranno rispettate il reso non sarà accettato ed il rimborso non sarà possibile.
